Romaji Lyrics + Color Code

Translation

Every morning, the sun has warmed up this scenery
At the same railway crossing, I stop at exactly the same time as yesterday

But today, I cannot say the word "goodbye" to you
As many times I can’t explain how I feel, as many tears I shed

I miss you. And a teardrop from one side of my eye just fell on the tip of my shoe
I would like the rest of my teardrops to turn into a precious message that be delivered to your heart

I thought I never had to graduate
I am having flashbacks of wonderful memories, reminding me I’ve come a long way

The book I still haven’t returned to you, as well as the promises I have yet to keep,
should be left as unfinished businesses, because thinking about them is just making me cry more

I miss you. And teardrops from both sides of my eyes just fell on the tips of my shoes
I would like the rest of my teardrops to turn into a precious message that be delivered to your heart

I miss you. And the next stream of teardrops fell on the tips of my shoes
I would like the rest of my teardrops to turn into a precious message that be delivered to your heart

Japanese

Translation

In order to learn more about the original version, I flew over to L.A. and visited Richard Carpenter. Because I was a fan of the popular TV drama "Beverly Hills 90210", I always wanted to go to L.A., so I was very excited just to be there. I like the lyrics written by Makoto. They make me feel emotional. What a great song.
