Translation

As an established custom at the beginning of the year,
we celebrate the endless reign of the emperor
by decorating our gates with pine branches and bamboos
with so much happiness today

The sun rises on the morning of New Year's Day
and the sky is bright in all directions
Comparing the brightness to the emperor,
we look up at the sky and feel the sacred atmosphere
